The Fixline Interior Design Course in run in partnership with the Interior Design Academy of Ireland (IDAI)

This course is warranted for three years, so that in the event of failure in the final assignment/assessment the Member’s tuition may be continued without extra course work charges for three years, until he or she is successful in the examination, provided:

• The previous nine assignments have been completed before the candidate presents themselves for final assessment.
• The full course fee has been paid.
• That in the event of failure, Tutor advice is sought and taken in the matter of revision.
• Under this warranty, a charge of 5% of the current course fee, at the time, is required on application for each year of continuation to offset the cost of administration.
• Any enrolment application by you will be subject to written acceptance by the IDAI.
• You agree to keep confidential all course materials supplied to you by the IDAI. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials belong to the IDAI.
• You agree to grant to the IDAI & Fixline in respect of any work produced by you during the course, a perpetual royalty-free license to copy and display such work for promotional purposes only.

If your circumstances should suddenly change and you feel you must withdraw from your studies prior to commencement and after receiving the course: provided you return the course to us, within fourteen days of our having posted the course to you, complete and in perfect, reusable condition, we will refund 100% of the course fees.

Should you enroll and pay for the course and make no further contact with the IDAI, the three year warranty will apply. If you should wish to take up the course after the three year warranty has expired, the balance of increased fees must be paid if tutorial guidance is to resume.

If you should enroll and pay for the course and make no contact for more than two months from the date of posting of the course and then request a refund: bearing in mind the fact that a tutor has been standing by to receive and evaluate your assignment, for a maximum period of three months from the date aforesaid, these Members will be entitled to a refund of 50%, less 5% charge for administration.

In the event of a dispute with a Member, the maximum liability of the IDAI & Fixline with any party shall be the return of all fees paid.
